The Future Leaders Group Ethics Fee Support aims to support early and mid-career researchers to cover the costs of research ethics and governance fees if this was not budgeted for in the original grant or is for a project without funding.
guidelines
- Support will be capped at $1000 per person per year.
- Applicants can apply for a variation or an initial fee.
- The research project must be cancer specific.
- The FLG member requesting support must be the Chief Investigator (CIA) on the project.
- Papers resulting from the research project must acknowledge funding support from HCRA.
application process
- Provide evidence that ethics fees were not budgeted in the original grant (a screen shot of the project budget is acceptable).
- Provide evidence that the applicant is the Chief Investigator (CIA) on the project.
- Provide evidence of payment (invoice or receipt).
- Email the completed application form below to the HCRA Operations Team, attaching the evidence required above.
